Evidence: An Essential Tool Meeting Agenda

Description

The upcoming NSF MSP Program meeting, Evidence: An Essential Tool, is scheduled on October 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and October 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Crystal City in Washington, DC. Registration for the meeting is closed. All names on the existing wait list have been invited to attend. If you have registered for the meeting but have not yet registered for lodging, the Hilton no longer has rooms available. Please contact the Sheraton Crystal City at 703-769-3954 for additional rooms at the government rate.

The objectives of the meeting include the following:

Develop a policy/framework for gathering evidence that will provide

  1. greater clarity about NSF's expectations for gathering and
    reporting evidence that will help guide current projects in their
    evaluation activities

  2. guidance for future MSPs and others who submit proposals to NSF
    for funding
