TEAMS Compendium of Measures in Mathematics and Science


This paper, prepared by TEAMS staff, is designed to share information related to measures of content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge in the primary domains of mathematics and science. Based on information gathered through recent needs assessment for both NSF-funded and U. S. Department of Education (ED)-funded MSP projects conducted by TEAMS in spring 2015, TEAMS liaison conversations with MSP evaluators, and a recent ED-MSP state coordinator teleconference, the issue of instrumentation and access to quality instruments remains one of the most pressing needs articulated by MSP evaluators.
